Purchases and refunds
When buying is on, you pay Apple or Google — not Pullin. Extra spins and Latespin are in-app licenses, not cash. For a missing grant, use Contact us in the app. For a refund, use Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play order history. The store decides refunds.
Delete your account
In the app: open Settings -> Delete account, confirm, and you are signed out. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to delete your account. We may need to verify it is you.
Report content or a user
In the app you can report posts, comments, videos, and profiles, and block users. For copyright takedown requests, email [email protected].
